It was packed extremely well and arrived without issue. I was surprised at how quickly it was sent out for shipping considering it is not easy to package a chandelier properly. Our item arrived completely destroyed due to the carrier's negligent handling. Even though FedEx only gave the seller a small amount of refund, the seller gave us a complete refund.
