It was a pleasure working with this vendor. I actually ordered this item on Christmas Eve, and was very surprised to get a response back immediately after I requested the shipping to be delayed as I would not be at home to receive the package. The item was shipped, on date requested, and arrived quickly. I was especially impressed with the care that the clock was packaged. I had ordered another MCM glass clock from a different vendor, and it was not protected nearly as well as this clock was.
