What a mess!! Nothing to do with seller. So glad I got in touch with seller before item shipped. I have pictures of my package being delivered and the mailman left it on the ground and I found it in the street. It was run over several times by other traffic. I have pictures of how bad the package was damaged. Seller reassured me my package would be well packed and thank goodness it was!! Reported to usps.
