The item arrived badly damaged which was probably caused by courier mishandling but not helped by the item being sent out in an unsuitable cardboard outer and 1 thin piece of bubble wrap. The seller was quite unapproachable and communication was rude, assuming and had negative implications. Also she said she'd be out of pocket for postage... she charged me £10.95 but the actual package displayed a price of £4.65?? Not someone I'll consider purchasing from or recommending

Astonished by this. Buyer misunderstood when I asked her to open a return in order to at least recover my fees for this unfortunate accident. Then gave an immediate no quibble refund, never rude or unapproachable.
