Seller’s listing indicated the item was brand new, unused, new in box. The item was actually used, and had been sent for repairs two separate times according to the serial number and manufacturer’s website. It was defective and did not work properly. I opened a case with eBay who decided in my favor and provided a refund upon returning the product to seller.
