We purchased two Tiffany candlesticks from this seller. We have never received an item packaged so carefully. There were multitudes of packing materials; styrofoam, egg cartons bubble wrap, etc. and a box within a larger box. Anyway, one of the candlesticks was broken. I sent pictures to the seller and they refunded half of the purchase price within minutes of the email that we sent. I think that this is a terrific seller to buy from.
